Insurance and Fees
I acknowledge that insurance can be challenging to navigate, so don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
I am considered an in-network provider with
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS), Blue Choice, and United/Optum.
If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
Your policy may include out-of-network benefits, and I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance in order to seek reimbursement.
In this case, you are responsible for payment in full on the date of service.

Individual Therapy Rate (53-minute session): $180
Clinical Supervision Rate (60-minute session): $150
