I acknowledge that insurance can be challenging to navigate, so don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
I am considered an in-network provider with
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS), Blue Choice, and United/Optum.
If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider. Your policy may include out-of-network benefits, and I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance in order to seek reimbursement.
In this case, you are responsible for payment in full on the date of service.
Initial Intake/Evaluation Session: $200
Individual Therapy Rate (53-minute session): $180
Clinical Supervision Rate (60-minute session): $150
Out-of-Network Clients: Right to a Good Faith Estimate
